Dave

This past week Dave received a job offer to be a Premium Window Specialist/Technical Sales Rep from his company. After careful thought and consideration, he accepted! We are super excited about this opportunity for many reasons. Fist, the program is just starting out so any success and progress will be easy to track. Second, Dave will be able to gain lots of industry contacts. Third, he will be a lot more flexible with his time, even working from home some days which will be great when the baby comes! And the most appealing thing about this opportunity is the fact that we are now committed to Houston for the next 3-5 years. Emily will be starting kindergarten next year and now we don't have to worry about pulling her out 6 months after she starts because the company wants to send us somewhere else. Dave will still be based out of the Tomball store location but he will also be doing a lot of traveling around Houston. Our lease will be up at the end of February and we are hoping that the next place we move, we will be able to stay for the next couple of years. We won't be able to buy a house yet, but we hope to find a great place to rent within a great school district for Emily and close to a college for me.
Dave also just celebrated his 25th birthday. He took last Monday off and we had a great day celebrating him.
