More baby Emily fun

This makes me laugh!

Awesome video!

When we were living in Round Rock, our computer (which was a combination of a computer Dave and his high school friends built and my college computer) crashed on us. Dave thought it might have something to do with the power something or other but we couldn't turn it back on. We had been wanting another computer for a while so we decided to go ahead and buy a new computer and sell what parts we could of the old one. I was super bummed that we couldn't get the old computer turned on just one last time in order to get all of our pictures off of it. Every picture we took of Emily and the birth and first few months of Ally's life were on the old computer. Dave saved the hard drive and kept saying he would get the pictures off of it. Well my friend Karla keeps telling me her husband is a huge computer nerd and fixes all of the computers for the church and such so one day I mentioned my dilemma to her and she told me to give her the hard drive. This morning she handed me a CD with all of our old pictures and videos on it! I am so excited and spent most of the afternoon looking through the old pictures. I thought I had lost all of Emily's baby pictures but now they are back! Here is an awesome clip taken right after Emily was born.

Visit from Stephen!

We had a great long weekend with Uncle Stephen in town! Despite the non-stop rain for two days, we had a blast. Here are some of the highlights.

Ally loved having Uncle Stephen here. She kept calling him dadda and went to him for all of her comforting needs.

When the rain finally stopped, we were able to grill. Unfortunately Dave lost track of time and left the steaks on too long and they burned to a crisp.

Saturday we spent the morning at IT'Z.
