It is 2008, a new year, a clean slate! I love the start of a new year. What lies ahead is unknown, what happened last year is in the past.
We did not end up going out last night for New Years Eve. Dave was feeling sick so we decided to lay low and rent a movie. We didn't even stay up until midnight! Dave had the day off today so I have been using that to clean the house a little. What a way to spend the first day of the new year! I guess it is good to have a little peace and calm before we get really busy with moving and such. Tomorrow we are headed to Tomball where I will hopefully find us a place to live. Fortunately we are not in a different state than the place we are moving and if we don't find a place to live this week, we can always drive back on the weekend. I hope everyone had a safe and fun New Years Eve!
