Ally's Check-up

Today Ally had her 6 month old check-up (even though she is already past 7 months). It is so hard finding a new doctor and it has taken me a while. I am not sure I want to stick with this doctor but for now, I guess he will have to do. Ally has started getting diaper rash just like Emily has. Emily was diagnosed with a yeast infection but nothing has ever made it go away. When we were in Georgia, the doctor told us to put Lotrimin (which is an ant-fungal cream for your feet) then Desitin (a diaper rash cream) on when we change her and every other time to put Cortizone and Desitin on. This has been the only thing that keeps it under control but the moment we stop doing that, her rash comes back. Now Ally has started getting a rash. I told the doctor and he didn't even look at it or tell me how to treat it! I don't know what I should do. Is there a specialist I need to go to?
Other than that problem, Ally checked out great. She weighs 17 pounds and she is 28 inches long. Tall and skinny just like her mom!
